Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items, final sale products, and gift cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
